EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

| | Inside booths (see maps of Atwood Hall, Etchepare Hall, Festival Hall, and the Main Exhibit Hall) are skirted with draping material. Sides are three feet high and the backs are eight feet high. Floor dimensions of the booths are 10' across the back with either 5' or 8' sides. All booths are furnished with a 110-volt electrical outlet. If more than one booth is required, they will be side-by-side with the center dividers removed.
Outside exhibit plots (see map) will be furnished with 110-volt electrical outlets if requested and if power is available. Exhibitors must furnish their own extension cords.
Night guards are furnished beginning January 31st through February 4th. All exhibitors' equipment must be removed from the display area within 48 hours after closing. No responsibility for exhibits, trailers, or other equipment is assumed by the 44th District Agricultural Association.
Forklifts and an unloading dock are provided for unloading and loading at no additional fee.
Exhibitor passes, identification badges and car stickers are free and will be issued at the office upon your arrival for registration.
All exhibits must remain in place until 5 p.m., February 7th.
